Polished Wedding Planning & Design for
Refined Couples

There are hundreds of moments that make up your wedding day, while there are thousands more that make up your engagement.

These are not your everyday moments - they are meant to be memorable and one of a kind. Considering this, you want to work with a planner who makes this all-important time in your lives less stressful. Who has strong local connections. Who helps bring your vision to life. And who provides you the opportunity to simply enjoy your wedding day.

Along with all of the days leading up to it.

The foundation for every wedding we plan and design.

Sound Logistics & Stylish Details

Since 2011, we've made wedding planning our full-time job - so that our couples don't have to.

Between a busy career and maintaining a personal life, we understand you don't have the time, energy or resources to take on the exciting yet overwhelming task that is planning a wedding.

At EP, we believe that executing an elegant event consists of two key ingredients:

We plan and design weddings with this in mind by lifting the burden that comes with managing logistics, securing and communicating with various vendors, and keeping plans well-organized; in addition to taking the time to understand your vision and making sure all of the details come together day-of.

At the end of the day, we believe you should enjoy your engagement as much as your wedding day.

“During my wedding, they made everything run seamlessly! They were organized and efficient but still made sure to recognize it was my big day and took care of things / issues as they came up without making me concerned.”

- rebecca, bride

We’ll start by asking you questions to better understand your vision, ideas and priorities for your wedding day. We want to fully understand what excites you and what scares you when thinking about this all important event.

Defining Your Priorities

From there, we would love for you to introduce us to anyone you would like to be involved throughout this process. It’s important for us to get to know those most important to you. After all, a wedding is a family affair!

step 2 |

Involving Key Decision-Makers

Here is where the fun begins! We immediately dive into planning and design with our 4-phased approach. Let’s secure your venue and vendor dream team, start talking design plans and be on our way to an unforgettable celebration!

Our Planning Process

next steps

Planning a wedding (let alone, planning from afar) can seem quite daunting. Between setting a budget, creating a guest list, and finding the right vendors to put the pieces of your vision together... Sometimes it's a challenge even knowing how to get started.

No need to worry - we’re here for you every step of the way!

Here's how we'll walk this path together:

where to begin

“They produce beautiful and ‘elegant’ events, true to the company name!

- sarah, bride

After our first meeting, I was immediately drawn to how warm and inviting they are, as well as their calm demeanour. They have a ‘can do’ attitude, where anything can be possible. I was immediately at ease after our first appointment and felt that this would be a fun and smooth process!”

“We genuinely felt like we were guests on our own wedding day. I don't know that we could even say it was our dream wedding, because it surpassed anything we could have ever imagined or dreamt up.”
